The Role

What you will own.

You will help protect an autonomous system that reasons about, and acts on, capital — a target that is unusually high-value and unusually novel. You will threat-model autonomy itself, harden infrastructure and agents, and build controls that are strong by default. It is a constructive, systems-level security role: less checklist compliance, more thinking hard about blast radius and building the guardrails that contain it.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to security posture across infrastructure, data and agents.
  • Threat-model autonomy and reason about blast radius.
  • Build controls, secrets handling and least-privilege defaults.
  • Review code and infrastructure for security-relevant risk.
  • Help make the secure path the easy path for other engineers.

Qualifications

  • Security engineering fundamentals across app, cloud or infra.
  • Comfort reading code and reasoning about trust boundaries.
  • A systems-level, constructive mindset — build, not just block.
  • Fluency in at least one programming language.
  • Careful, precise communication.

Nice to have

  • Interest in securing ML, data or agentic platforms.
  • Detection & response, or identity / access experience.
  • CTF, bug-bounty or security research background.
